RESERVATIONS
  CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM

All rates are subject to 6% Sales Tax and 3% Hotel Tax. Weekly reservations must start on Friday or Sunday. Mid-week rates apply Sunday through Thursday nights. 

PAYMENT

50% of stay required as deposit. Remaining balance will be charged to credit card the day prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION

All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to arrival will forfeit deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be responsible for the full payment of the reservation. No shows will forfeit full payment (credit card will be charged for full reservation).

CHECK-IN GUARANTEE

As a first-time guest to Clarion River Suites, we guarantee you will be satisfied with your accommodations. Upon arrival, you must notify the property manager immediately regarding your dissatisfaction, and your deposit will be promptly refunded and your reservation cancelled. Notification must take place before you use the accommodation. The primary purpose of this guarantee is to alleviate concerns a person may have with staying in an unfamiliar location.

DURING YOUR STAY

Interiors are non-smoking and no pets are permitted. Suite parking is limited to registered guests only. Deck and fire pit are for the enjoyment of guests. All personal property must be removed nightly from these areas. Quiet time is 11:00 PM until 7:00 AM.

AMENITIES

All kitchen amenities provided are to match the maximum occupancy of the suite. These items are provided as an extra service to our guests. In the event these items are not cleaned prior to check out, a $25 housekeeping fee will be assessed to the guest. Bedding and towels provided. A new set of towels may be obtained upon request. On-site laundry is available to guests.

LIABILITY

Guests will be held accountable for damages incurred to property during their stay and for disruption to other guests' stays due to loud or vulgar behavior. Guests will also be held accountable for any additional cleaning due to smoking indoors, and will be charged an additional fee for violation of our non-smoking policy. Clarion River Suites reserves the right to ask a guest or party to leave if there has been any misrepresentation in booking or behavior that is disruptive to other patrons. Clarion River Suites is not liable for any acts of nature that may affect a guest's stay.

We at the Clarion River Suites respect your privacy and offer the assurance that personal information shared with us will be used for business purposes only. Your information will not be given to any outside party, but kept in strict confidence. Please feel free to discuss this with our staff if you have any further questions.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
